This drafting table is truly a labor of love. After discovering the Model T-Ford Jack at a local salvage store, we were inspired to design a piece of furniture that highlights both the form and function of the vintage artifact. The jack acts as the height adjustment mechanism. In the process we also came across old Crane faucet knobs, modified them and used them to secure the height and angle of the table. The Tung oil finish on the walnut and patina on the steel compliment the timeless objects. In the end, each drafting table will remain one-of-a-kind as each jack is and set of knobs is unique. Note: since the jack and faucet knobs are all vintage finds, they will not appear exactly as shown.
